MR PAUPER TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("AGREEMENT")
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using mrpauper.com.au ("the Site"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at mrpauper.com.au.
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalised terms are defined in this Agreement.
Returns are only offered under circumstances where the product is defective or materially deviates from the product description listed on the order invoice.
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Mr Pauper does its best to list prices accurately. In the instance where an item is listed incorrectly, Mr Pauper reserves the right to refuse the sale.
From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to exchange rates or other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
On occasion, an item may be listed as available on our online store when it is unfortunately out of stock. In this instance, Mr Pauper will make every effort to contact the customer to either suggest an alternative or cancel the order and submit a full refund. Mr Pauper does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on mrpauper.com.au.
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by us.
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales (Australia) without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
